How often should gutters be cleaned?

Twice a year is right for most homes — more often if you're under gum trees or backing onto bushland. At minimum, book before storm season and before bushfire season.

Can you clean gutters with gutter guard installed?

Usually, yes. Fine silt still builds up under most guards. We can lift and refit most guard types, and we'll tell you upfront if yours can't be refitted cleanly.
