Frequently asked questions

Why not high pressure on a roof?

High pressure erodes the coloured coating on concrete tiles, voids some colorbond warranties, and can drive water into the roof cavity. Soft washing achieves a better long-term result with zero of that risk.

How long until the roof looks clean?

Dirt and mould are gone the same day. Heavy lichen dies immediately but breaks away gradually with weather over the following weeks — the roof keeps getting cleaner after we leave.

Do you walk on the roof?

Only where safe and necessary. We work from ladders, edges and harness points where possible, and we're fully insured for working at heights.
